How much does it cost?
Each service has its own unique fee. Some of the services are bundled, such as the Pain Reprocessing Therapy, which includes multiple appointments for one charge. Other services are a one-time fee. Check each service when you book. Fees are expected to be paid at the time an appointment is made.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, but it can become complicated with classes. As long as you provide us with 24 hours advanced-notice, you can modify your appointment date up to two times at no additional cost. Classes must be taken sequencially and will be difficult to reschedule in the order needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments are due at time of scheduling. Rescheduling is preferred, but cancellation refunds shall be given at the discretion of our practice. We ask that you call us to discuss cancelling your appointment.
Does insurance cover the cost?
Insurance does not cover the cost of these services. Because insurance companies focus on perpetuating illness, they pay for services that support illness. Insurance companies also control access to services and deny access to treatments that have proven effective in treating chronic pain and improving health. Medicaid and Medicare, in particular, do not pay for these types of services. I do not accept any insurance as payment. I have set my fees to make them accessible to all who truly wish to achieve health. It remains a choice for all. If you have private insurance, some may pay you if you submit the bill to them. All services are eligible for HSA reimbursement if you have an HSA account. If you have questions regarding payment, please contact us. We offer discounts for veterans and others.
Where are the visits?
Most visits will be online via telehealth. A link will be sent to your email address before the visit. You must have access to the internet through your phone, tablet, or computer for these visits.
If you do not have access to the internet for your visits, they will be scheduled in-person at our office: 5525 Erindale Drive, Suite 109, Colorado Springs, CO 80918.
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes, Colorado Board of Health 5 CCR-1006-2 and Colorado Medical Board Policy 40-28, recommendations for (initial) medical marijuana (licenses) must be made during an in-person encounter in a clinical setting.
Can I book a service or appointment online?
